- My vehicle was part of the Pontiac recall (PCM). Once the new PCM was installed, other underlying issues were brought to surface. Mark Fradd explained the new issues with me and then went on to tell me he had contacted with GM and they agreed to pay for the additional repairs. This group; Bob Knight, Mark Fradd and Colleen Trogdon were great throughout the entire repair and Mark Fradd went beyond my expectation when it came to treating me right. I gladly drive the 55 mile for service like this!!
